Educational Qualification

Candidates must fulfill the required educational and experience criteria as per the respective post:

Head (Catering / Housekeeping / Concierge & Overall Experience):

• Graduate degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management along with at least 7 years of experience in the service sector. Out of this, a minimum of 2 years must be in a relevant supervisory role at a 3-star or higher-rated hotel or resort.

Head (Horticulture):

• Graduate degree or diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Floriculture, or Landscaping with 7 years of experience, including 2 years in landscaping or gardening-related work.

Head (Training & Diving):

• Trade Certificate as Diver from Indian Navy (preferred) or PADI-certified diver with at least 1 year of HUET training experience. Mandatory valid certifications include Offshore Medical Fitness, Diving Medical, HUET, Basic Lifeguard, and Basic First Aid.
