Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institution.
Computer course certificate of at least 120 hours OR equivalent O-Level certificate.
Must have studied Punjabi language in Matriculation or passed an equivalent Punjabi exam recognized by the Punjab Government.
All qualifications must be completed before 28 March 2026.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done through the following stages:
• Written Exam (Objective type MCQ)
• Typing Test (English & Punjabi – 30 WPM, qualifying only)
• Document Verification / Counselling
Exam Details:
Each question carries 1 mark
1/4 negative marking for every wrong answer
Merit list will be prepared based on written exam marks only
Salary
Selected candidates will receive:
Pay Level: Level-6
Basic Salary: ₹35,400 per month
Additional allowances such as DA, HRA and others will be given according to Punjab Government rules.
